Initially we visited a competitor to Inspired Home Interiors in October but they couldn’t come out to our home until the following January!

We had seen an advert for Inspired Home Interiors in the Hastings Observer so we decided to visit their showrooms. We were impressed with the amount of kitchen layouts, styles and colours on display. An appointment was made for James to visit our home where we gave him a list of things that we wanted in the kitchen which included a breakfast bar, our own fridge freezer plus all the normal appliances, we left it up to James where they should be situated.

After a few days we visited the showrooms where James showed us the computer generated 3D drawings of our new kitchen. The drawings showed the kitchen from every angle so we could see exactly what the room would look like. The drawings included a comprehensive specification and detailed quote. As the presentation was so thorough we didn’t even go to another showroom for a comparison but gave Inspired Home Interiors the go ahead right away.

A schedule was set for the work which included taking down an old wall. Each week Jason, the project manager, explained what would be done the following week. As Inspired Home Interiors were undertaking everything including building works, installation, plumbing, electrics and decorating, the trades people had to be dovetailed to ensure the work was carried out smoothly and efficiently.

The work was completed on time, on budget with minimum mess and with no nasty surprises. Every request was talked through, for example we wanted a shoe rack in one of the units but Jason explained this would take up a lot of space so we agreed not to have it. This was just one example of good advice being offered from an expert rather than just doing what the customer asks for.

As you can see from the photographs we now have a kitchen that we are very proud of thanks to the team at Inspired Home Interiors.
